DescriptionKerchief: "The Humors and Deversions of Bartholomew Fair." Fine natural cotton or linen tabby-woven ground, printed with copperplate in red. Complex city landscape, crowded with booths, figures, and animals. Oval cartouche, bearing title of scene, in upper center touching border. Border shows guilloche of leaves or twisted ribbons. Slightly faded; quite worn; a number of breaks and holes. Lined with loosely woven cotton.
