Straight sides splaying at base. Blue & gold reeded & twisted flat double handles with raised flower design on body. Blue patterned bands with touches of gilding at rim & base. Gold wheatsheaf at sides & indistinct monogram on front. On red ribbons above & below indistinct gilt monogram “OUR BARLEY / FRIENDS”.
