DescriptionLarge ovoid jar with modeled, rolled rim, tubular neck, and pointed base: reassembled from sherds and missing portions of the body. The body of the jar was handmade, perhaps through coiling and partially trimmed into shape through vertical cutting of the clay. The rim and neck were manufactured on the slow wheel or similar turning device. The exterior has a cream slip which was unevenly and irregularly applied. // 34-4-3, GPMP type AB7.
