DescriptionLong, rectangular fragment, with fringe which was not in present position but separate when received. Tabby-woven ground (linen warp; cotton weft), printed in blue with wood blocks. Pattern shows undulating vines bearing cherries and small flowers. Large, single leaves in interspaces. Blue and natural linen fringe applied along one side. Linen browned and stained. Blue dye much faded. Holes.
