Rococo ornamental designs for cartouches, trophies, overdoor paintings, fountains, etc. A bound set of various sets of ornament prints after Lajoüe, including Livre nouveau de douze morceaux de fantesie, Livre d'architecture, Recueil nouveau de differens cartouches, Livre de buffet, his series of large trophies, twelve designs for overdoor paintings (with copies after them), etc. There are a total of 128 plates. Many are published and engraved by Huquier. The cartouche series was first published in 1734; the "morceaux de fantesie" in 1736.
