A rectangular looking glass in a gilt frame; the frame is topped by an oval shield, surmounted by a gilt spread eagle. The shield contains a sheaf of wheat surrounded by fifteen six-pointed stars on a dark background. Ribbons of leafage, rosettes, and beading connect the top of the shield to the top corners of the looking glass franme. Each of the four corners of the frame is a raised rosette. Beading and bell-flowers decorate the sides of the frame. Two swags of leaves meet at an oval shield at the bottom of the frame. The shield contains two arms clasping hands on a dark background.
