Obverse: Encased in glass, profile bust of Louis II looking to proper left; inscribed at edge "LE GRAND CONDÉ".

Reverse: Inscribed "MÉDAILLIER/GENÉRAL/DES HOMMES ILLUSTRES/CÉLÈBRES OU FAMEUX/ANCIENS ET MODERNES/COMMENCÉ EN 1801/PAR P.G. LIENARD/A PARIS.".
