Rectangular silk cloth woven in fine vertical stripes of red, orange and green, crossed by almost invisible stripes of green; along each side, broad purple bands with cream-white selvedge; across each end, geometric border with long points, woven with gold thread (gilded silver wound on yellow silk). Warp fringe at each end twisted with gold.
