DescriptionCircular dish with simple, biomorphic design incised on surface. Glazed with black and white slip.
Marks
Plate marked in brown glaze on base: "Stangl / POTTERY / TRENTON / N.J." with four small arcs above elliptical reserve that encloses text, indicating 1954 as year of manufacture. Indecipherable maker's mark appears near Stangle name in black slip.
