DescriptionMaltese cross shaped medal with hanging ring attached at top.
Obverse: A robed saint wearing a mitre and holding a staff, standing on a cloud in each arm of cross and a recumbent saint in a wreath at the center of the cross; inscribed around around upper arm saint "·S·W ITERPVS·", around proper left saint "·S·ADALBERG", lower arm saint "·S·THOSSO", around proper right saint "SNIGARIVS·", and at center "·S·DIGNA".
Reverse: A battle scene with angel above, carrying a wreath and a cross over a triumphant pope with his arms outstretched, riding a horse at the center of the cross; inscribed at edge of lower arm ".IHS.V.R.S.N.S.M.V.S.M.Q.L.I.V.R." and at center or lower arm "CSSM/NDSMD/C/S/P/B".
