Warp and ground of natural-colored linen; design in brownish violet wool. Design consists of a mounted horseman inside a central circle, surrounded by undulating lines that contain grapes; the corner areas enclose other fruits, probably pomegranates. A bird is inside each of the areas flanking the central circle. Design shows Roman influence.
