DescriptionOne of a large collection of tools and vessels found in the same intact tomb, this poorly preserved copper model originally took the form of an ovoid jar with a pointed base and long neck.
ProvenanceFrom Giza, G 2381 (tomb of Impy). 1912: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
