Obverse: Profile bust of Napoléon looking to proper left; inscribed at edge "NAPOLEON BONAPARTE PREMIER CONSUL" and on bust "ANDRIEU FECIT".
Reverse: Standing female in classical dress at proper rigth helping up a fallen woman in classical dress at proper left with an open book and cross next to her, Notre Dame of Paris and ruined church with a shield hung on a centered column in background; inscribed above "RÉTABLISSEMENT DU CULTE", below "ANDRIEU FECIT", and in exergue "LE XVIII GERMINAI AN·X·".
