Obverse: Three dogs, front most laying down; inscribed above "NEDERLANDSCHE TERRIERCLUB/OPGER 27 JULI 1898" and below "BEGEER".
Reverse: Heraldic device containing a crane below and branches extending out from behind, crowned by five busts of dogs, each looking to center and a sixth bust at center looking to proper right; inscribed above "23-24 AUG 1902".
