Rev: The Seal of New York, Justice at left and Liberty at right of an oval depcting sun, mountains and water, surmounted by an eagle, dated 1787 below and EXCELSIOR (curved) at bottom, the whoel surrounded by a beaded circle and a plain rim.
Edge: plain
