DescriptionEach rosette, perhaps a stylized rose or anemone, made of two superposed sheets of gold with edges cut to form eight upturned and cupped petals. Eight-petalled rosettes in center bordered by tightly twisted rope wire. Petals alternate enameled white and turquoise blue. Thirty stamens radiate from under central rosette, of twisted wire ending in loops backed with gold foil. Each rosette mounted on a short cylindrical stem, punched with four holes at quarter-turns, and outer edge is bordered by a row of spool wire, fastened to petals by tabs.
