‘Nicolo,’ blue on black. Intaglio. Flat front and back with outward front bezel. Apollo standing with weight on right leg, wears a cloak fastened around his neck that hangs down to his calves. At right, a base with molding and laurel garland, topped by a tripod; at left, a waist-high pillar; a bow case lies on the ground in front of the pillar. Apollo holds a lyre in his (unseen) left arm, while looking off to the right. He has a mature, muscular physique and a chubby face.
