DescriptionThe oval bowl of each salt rests on a plain oval spreading foot. The bowl is raised and inset into the base, which is fabricated in two sections, seamed vertically.
Marks On underside of each, leopard's head crowned; date letter S; lion passant; maker's mark IS (Grimwade 1643)
InscriptionsARMORIALS: engraved on the side of each, the crest of Moore, of Ireland.
