This sautoir consists of two strands of baroque imitation pearls, in two sizes, which are threaded on a silk cord, each pearl separated by faceted metal spacers. The central ornament consists of an oval gilt metal ring with a rose and leaf motif. Clusters of prong-set round rhinestones in a variety of sizes adorn the metal ring.
