This modernist necklace has an abstract, asymmetric pendant with one pearl on the left side and a rectanglar element with a gold wash at bottom. In the center of this lower section is a bezel-set carbochon of lapis lazuli. The central component is cast and has raised walls of rough, polished silver in the forground and flat, oxidized silver sheet in the back. Also, related artist sketch from 1964.
