DescriptionPiece of delaine; (thin transparent wool cloth with regularly spaced vertical stripes of twill, woven with white silk warps), superimposed printed design of vertical stripes having vermiform motives in creamy ground color against tan background and minute serpentines bearing green blossoms with widely spaced sprays of pinks arranged in horizontal rows turning alternately left and right in interspaces, pinks printed with reds, pinks, greens, and dark brown outlines; one width of a skirt; several small breaks.
