DescriptionA twleve-sided dish with broad rim, richly decorated in dark blue, iron-red and gold in the Imari style. In the center, a vase of chrysanthemums and peonies on a tripod stand. Border panels incorporate flowers in vases, landcape vignettes, and diaper patterns in gold on a dark blue ground. Back of rim decorated with a trailing vine and flowers in underglaze blue, overglaze iron-red, and gilding.
