DescriptionFolk art- portraits. One of a pair with 55.689. Said to be a member of the Griswold family, Madison, Conn. Bust, profile to right. Thin dress with short sleeves; large hoop earring set with pearls; smooth hair held by comb, locks on forehead. Probably by a French artist (circle of Saint-Memin, etc.).
