DescriptionTapestry-woven. Shield shaped, with shallow flap. Pale gold (metallic) ground, with conventionalized blossoming stalks in blue, green , pink and red silk, arranged symmetrically, covering entire field on the back and upper two-thirds of field on front. Front is completed by a dark red area, with serrated edge, showing gold stalks. Gold looped fringe along edges. Gold tarnished and much worn. Lined with blue lutestring.
