Catalogue Raisonné Vase-Painting in Italy (MFA), no. 093.
DescriptionBlack rays decorate the underside of the rim. On the shoulder is a band of black palmettes separated by single lotus petals; below this is a wreath of white ivy leaves on a black band. On the lid there are two bands of plamettes separated by long tongues or petals. The inner palmettes are painted in black, the outer ones in white on a black ground.
