DescriptionQur'an, 347 folios in stamped red leather cover, West African (or Sudani) script, 16 lines to a page, rubricated, with colored ornaments. European paper with "tres lunes" watermarks (some with faces). In ornamented leather satchel. Like other Northern Nigerian manuscripts, the folios are loose.
