Description(Nuremberg: Carl Mayer's Kunstanstalt, [after 1841]); folio; 8 pp., plus plates; contemporary half gilt- and blind-stamped red morocco, dark green embossed cloth boards.

Bound set of 178 etchings by Kobell, often printed more than one to a sheet (on the rectos only), with a preface by Kugler. This compilation was first issued by a Stuttgart publisher, Karl Goepel, in 1841; the Goepel title page of this volume has been pasted over with Mayer's imprint.
