Sandstone relief of the head of Akhenaton. It is in deep sunk relief. Traces of plaster and paint remain. The surface is rough and cracked. A large chunk of sandstone is in the Objects Conservation Lab with their stone samples. This piece was no doubt cut off from the back of this relief.
Findspot Information: From Tell el Amarna, E.E.S. excavations, season 1934-35.
