DescriptionRing with a bezel featuring the "IHS" monogram. The inscription is written in gold leaf on red enamel/pigment background under glass. Raised dots surround the monogram and this entire unit is secured to a flat base by two V-shaped tabs. The unit is silver gilt. Each shoulder has three glass, bezel-set "gems" (one is missing). The shank has carved decoration.
