DescriptionRing with a wide bezel set with a garnet cluster. The bezel is flanked by triple settings of the same stone. All stones are squarish and table-cut. The central stone has a beaded border along the bottom edge of the bezel and is secured by wire to the underside of the closed bezel. The border of the bezel and shoulders has engraved striations. Beneath both shoulders is applied decoration. The rest of the shank is plain.

The shank has two impressed marks: ?658 and a radiating star
