DescriptionRing with the initials "LB" set with small rose-cut diamonds. The initials are set in blue enamel and there are small diamonds around the perimeter of the bezel. The closed underside of the bezel has an engraved five-petal blossom with leaves. The thick hoop has openwork shoulders and a plain shank that has been resized.
