Aphrodite standing frontally in contrapposto, leaning on a pillar with right elbow, and holding a vase or grapes with her left hand, possibly over Eros; bare torso, drapery swathed around the hips and brought over the right arm in two pleats. Reddish brown glass. Oblong intaglio with convex face loosely set in an ancient gold ring; large, sub-oval hoop with rectangular shoulder and raised setting. Mold-made. Pitted surface.
