This item is likely a bronze rod-holder or perhaps alternately a small pierced handle. It is shaped as a cylinder that terminates in a horned mask element dos à dos (i.e. back to back). Decorative banded elements appear at the bottom and just below the masks. There is a light green patina over most of the object’s surface.
