While incorporating rough diamond into jewelry became fashionable among high-style jewelers in the 1990s, New York City jeweler Peter Lindeman designed a series of one-of-a-kind ornaments with rough diamonds set in gold during the 1970s. This finger ring has multi-color rough diamonds (clear [8.83 carats], yellow [1.32 carats], and black [0.42 carats]) as well as seven brilliant cut diamonds (each 0.42 carats total).
