DescriptionThis rough redware bowl has a small area of blackening along its rim and a thick deposit of whitish incrustations on its interior.
ProvenanceFrom Kerma, Cemetery S, grave 1627 (K 1627/X). 1914: Excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of the Sudan.
