DescriptionIntaglio. Set in modern gold ring. A rider on horseback, moving right. The rider appears nude except for a cloak draped around his torso and fastened at the shoulders, and a Bactrian helmet. He holds the reigns in his lap. The horse has its front left and back right leg raised; its tail hangs down in waves, and its mane is cropped and indicated by a cabled line.
