DescriptionThe warp is of white wool: the weft of brown wool: the pile is also of wool: 24 Persian (Sehna) knots to the square centimeter. The design consists of a combination of diamonds enclosing squares and triangles. The design of the border consists of oblique blue and red lines. On each end are deep webs of striped design. The colors of the design are dark blue, red, brown, white, and orange. Moth eaten. The photograph [on card] only shows on end of the piece.
