DescriptionMaroon and rust wool sample. One repeat, selvedge at right. Other three sides hemmed. Symmetrical floral design recalling elements of Renaissance patterns. Small fragment machine sewn to one edge showing same design in green and blue. Original Morris & Co. paper tag attached.
