DescriptionAcross the top a "gothic" alphabet. Beneath this a wreath with a crown and the initials "PL". This is flanked by small bucolic scenes involving people and animals. At the bottom a naturalistic floral bunch in a godrooned urn. Leafy vine border along top and sides, Greek key motif along bottom edge. Polychrome wool yarns in tent and cross stitch on a tan cotton canvas. Worn. Stitches: cross, tent.
