DescriptionIntaglio. Pierced for stringing (horizontal). Motif oriented horizontally. Winged composite creature flying to right. Creature has head (now lost, only mane is still visible) and forelocks of a horse, body of a goat, and tail of a rooster. Large chip in the upper right corner of seal face. Cabled border. Beetle: only partially carved. No dividing line between thorax and elytra, only two small hatches on either side. Ridge separating elytra. Hatch marks along front legs and on the clypeus.
