Navy blue boarder with images of gold studs on the sides and gold locks in the corner (each lock has unique design). The boarder is outlined with a bronze band outlined in black. Within the border is a large cream white square with rounded corners. In the center of the white background is a large gold lock with navy tassles. The cente of the lock is navy with images of gold keys. Encircling the lock are gold keys alternating in size, placement, and design. A blue braided cord loops through each key in a circle.
