Blue border, 2in. wide, with dark blue figures waving flags. Thin yellow border outlinging the blue border. Within the yellow border is a scene of two sail boats colliding, with a bridge between each boat. The sky fades from a blue to a lavender, and the sea fades from a dark blue to a lavender. Above each sail boat, along the top three sides of the square, is a line of flags (from different places and of different colors (red, yellow, blue, and white)). In each of the bottom corners there is a yellow flag, one reads “Hermes Paris”, and the other reads, “En Course”.
