Navy blue border with a wave-like design lined with a gold rope design. Within the border the background is white, and in each corner there is an elaborate floral design with the gold rope. At the center is a circular opject with vases made with the gold rope. In each vase is a long stemmed flower. The colors of the flowers vary (orange,yellow, pink, purple, and blue).
