DescriptionTeal scarf. Flags in diagonal rows ranging in size. Below each flag, written in small, black cursive writing is the origin of each flag. At the center there is a grey anchor with rope in an "S" formation, and a gold shell-like object on top. On each side of the anchor is a green sea monster. The design is very symmetrical. Colors include red, teal, blue, green, gold, yellow, black and white.
