Circular medal with scenes from the Book of Revelations.

Obverse: John’s vision of the Angel with the seven stars and the seven candlesticks; John prone face down at bottom; above angel with stars in right hand, keys in left, sword in mouth; inscribed at edge “RELEVATIO·CHRIST·QVAM·DEDIT·ILLI·DEVS·VT·PALAM·FACERETSERVIS”, across field “IO:APOC CA:I.”, and below “1539”.

Reverse: Four and twenty Elders worshipping the Lord and the Lamb (Rev. 1, IV, V), both at center with angel below, surrounded by four symbols of Evangelists; twenty-four elders kneeling and sitting presenting flames and playing harps; seven flames above the Lord, trumpet in doorway at proper right, double row of heads at edge; inscribed below “HR” and “I·DEM CA IIII”.

Inscription

Obverse: Inscribed at edge "RELEVATIO·CHRIST·QVAM·DEDIT·ILLI·DEVS·VT·PALAM·FACERETSERVIS", and across field "IO:APOC CA:I.", and below "1539".

Reverse: Inscribed below "HR" and "I·DEM CA IIII".
