The spoon has a fig-shaped gilt bowl and a tapering stem with a lobed baluster terminus. The back of the bowl is engraved with a blank cartouche in a baroque surround. The bowl and stem are forged from a single piece, and the cast finial is applied.
On back of steam, maker's mark WW possible for Whilliam Wooller (first mark entered 1750) (similar to Grimwade 3364); lion passant; leopard's head crowned; date letter F.
