DescriptionWoman wearing skull cap with very long eyelashes that seem to have circles on their ends. A scarf is tied around her neck, beneath which emerges the top of a collared shirt. Layered on top of the shirt is a double breasted coat with extra large lapels. The coat is an A-line shape with 4 sets of buttons down the center front and two sets of flapped pockets beginning below the bust line and ending mid thigh. The artist has drawn a linear background, shaped like a square with a triangle on top, like a ski slope. Text to the right of the image reads: "UNGARO 17." Text in the top left hand corner reads: "17" with a red check mark made in colored pencil to its left.
ProvenanceThe artist; gift of the artist to the MFA. (Accession date: March 25, 2009)
