This small bag-shaped jar has a rounded base, a very short neck, and a rolled rim. The constriction of the neck is not pronounced, creating a somewhat wide mouth.
From Kerma, Cemetery S, Tumulus IV, grave 448. 1914: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
