DescriptionIrregularly scalloped border formed by alternating pendent leaf and morning glory, serpentine stems with leaves and berries spring up from morning glory and extend above center of parasol, carved ivory folding handle inshape of dragon with head at base of handle and tail forming tip, center supporting ring for handle missing, lined with white taffeta, and faced with white China silk.
