This ovoid (almost shouldered) jar has a rounded base and a rolled rim. It is in battered condition.
From Kerma, Cemetery M, grave 16. 1915: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
